The Mission of The Phoenix Project, as a broadbased community partnership, is to improve the employability skills of students through co-operative involvement of school, business, industry, and community. College Heights and its partners are determined to ensure the best possible futures for the students who participate in the projects provided.
VISION AND IMPLEMENTATION
To develop curriculum, programs, and partnerships that will provide students with opportunities in technological fields. The vision and mission will be implemented into College Heights through the Five Guiding Principles.
Our Five Guiding Principles:
To foster a healthy start in adolescent/adult life.
To provide ongoing, positive relationships with caring adults.
To enable positive and meaningful experiences within a safe environment.
To develop marketable skills to foster employability.
To offer a chance to give back through community service."
